Welsh Ale Chutney. Rich and fruity with extra sweetness from the Apricots, Apples & Carrots and a real luxury treat. Ideally accompaniment for your cheese platter or doorstop sandwich! Our handmade Welsh Ale Chutney includes the very best Alt Ale, dark ruby in colour with amazing malt character. Alt Ale is created by Antur Brew Co just 3 miles down the road from Black Mountains Preserves HQ. Creating a real “sense of place” and collaborating so locally to celebrate the quality produce we have available on our own doorstep within Brecon Beacons National Park is a real treat.

Welsh Gin Lemon Marmalade bursting with Citrus notes and Award Winning! Winning global accolades and a Bronze Medal in the Worldwide Marmalade Awards. Black Mountains Preserves Welsh Gin Marmalade is a tart and soft set marmalade full of zest and zing with the added luxury from the local Black Mountains Botanical Lemon Gin. So you get to enjoy a double hit of Lemon and extra aroma from the juniper berries added during cooking. Black Mountains Botanicals Welsh Lemon Gin is created in the shadows of the Black Mountains and made with the distilled waters of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Welsh Rum & Black Extra Jam is made by hand using the traditional open pan method in small cared for batches and a Great Taste Award Winner. In the words of the 2024 Great Taste Award judges “This is a beautiful jam, the balance of the tartness and sweetness is very well judged. The intense fruit flavour is enhanced by the subtle presence of the Welsh Dark Skies Rum. A deep purple, glossy jam with generous blackcurrants, they burst in the mouth on eating” The Dark Skies Rum is created at the Welsh Dà Mhìle Distillery

Welsh Whisky Marmalade is a St.Clements equal parts Orange and Lemon combination Marmalade. Hand cut Orange and Lemon rind pieces and added tang from using the whole of both fruits. Complimented to perfection with the added luxury of single malt Penderyn Welsh Whisky. A real treat on your toast or crumpets!
